What to notice
- The garage is enclosed and gets a 1,200 mm leaf — the widest door in the plan.
- An O.T.S. shaft lights the core, which is what makes a 39 ft deep plan workable.
- The living hall is the largest single room in the set at over two hundred square feet.
- Both bedrooms open off the hall rather than a corridor, so no floor is spent on passage.
