What to notice
- The living hall takes the full width of the rear half, so the front rooms stay off the entry.
- Both bedrooms have their own toilet wall, which keeps the plumbing in two stacks instead of four.
- A dress recess sits behind Bedroom-1 rather than inside it, so the bed wall stays unbroken.
- The porch is drawn outside the envelope, so the built-up figure does not quietly include it.
